ETSU DOUBLE ORANGE

Etsu is a handmade gin born from an ancestral recipe. It means “pleasure” in Japanese.
Crafted at the Akita Distillery in the northern part of the Honshu island, Etsu Double Orange Gin stands out by the long maceration of the traditional botanicals for 7 days before being distilled without the botanicals for more finesse and elegance. The use of water from the Ou Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan, brings purity and freshness.

Japanese bitter orange peel, juniper berries, liquorice and angelica roots and coriander seeds harmonise beautifully in this gin with its fresh and fruity notes.
