Somen are thin Japanese noodles that are traditionally made from wheat flour. Made from rice flour, these somen are a gluten free alternative. Toa Foods uses locally grown rice and does not add any additives to make their somen. These gluten free rice noodles still have a taste and texture similar to traditional somen.
