"Koshi Ibuki" rice is a variety of rice from the Niigata region. This rice has the particularity of being slightly sticky and softer when it is cooked. It therefore adapts to all types of food and can be eaten both hot and cold, thanks to its grains that stick together well and do not harden, making it an ideal rice for preparing bentos.
